NSI was founded by engineers with extensive experience in Custom Automation which was the primary offering of the company at our inception. Today NSI uses our custom automation and integration expertise to provide value-added solutions to complement or accompany our Applicator products.

For Custom Automation efforts:

• We will evaluate your requirements and can offer a Quotation
• Our Mechanical Engineering Team utilizes State of the Art CAD systems for mechanical design
• Our Electrical Controls Team:
  • Performs panel layout using appropriate Electrical CAD systems and will manage and engineer all electrical requirements
  • Utilize both PLC’s and PC-Based Controls depending on the scale and scope of the application
  • Our skilled Programmers develop code to operate the system
  • Can implement customized electronics (PCB) solutions when applicable
• We may partner with other Integrators to provide a Station or a Module that will be used in a larger automated system
