NSI offers repair services at our factory location and, in some cases, onsite at the customer location. Repairs may include mechanical, electrical, electronic, or some combination of these and are performed by our subject matter expert technicians and engineers. Repairs are performed to return a unit to proper working order. In addition to Repairs NSI may also be able to implement updates, improvements, or additions using our in-house repair facilities.
NSI also maintains a full inventory of spare parts for our standard products. The parts that we include on the ‘Recommended Spares List’ for each of our products is typically available to ship with a short lead-time. Custom parts from an application can also be supported as NSI maintains records of every customer application that we ship.
As a component of our Service Agreement offerings NSI can provide a Bonded Spares store for your company. Bonded Spares are spares that are held in a secured location and available only to your company. In most cases Bonded Spares are guaranteed to ship no later than the day following receipt of an order from you for any item that was included in the Bonded Spares list. Please also see our Service Agreement page for details on Service Agreements that will include heightened service response along with Bonded Spares.
